Ryan Reynolds Green Lantern Workout
The fitness gurus at Physique180.com have done it again!
In a universe as vast as it is mysterious, a small but powerful force has existed for centuries. Protectors of peace and justice, they are called the Green Lantern Corps. A brotherhood of warriors sworn to keep intergalactic order, each Green Lantern wears a ring that grants him superpowers. But when a new enemy called Parallax threatens to destroy the balance of power in the Universe, their fate and the fate of Earth lie in the hands of their newest recruit, the first human ever selected: Hal Jordan.
Hal, played by Ryan Reynolds, is a test pilot human for the Green Lanterns, who have never harnessed the infinite powers of the ring before. But Hal is clearly the missing piece to the puzzle, and along with his determination and willpower, he has one thing no member of the Corps has ever had: humanity. With the encouragement Carol Ferris (Blake Lively), if Hal can quickly master his new powers and find the courage to overcome his fears, he may prove to be not only the key to defeating Parallax…he will become the greatest Green Lantern of all.
As in any superhero movie, the main character must be ready to display his body in front of hundreds of millions of people. In order for Ryan Reynolds to become the greatest Green Lantern ever, he had to prepare like one.
Now it's time for you to train like Ryan Reynolds! Ryan is naturally a slender build, so it is difficult for him to pack on that muscle. He spent hours and hours in the gym, lifting weight after weight, to get his movie screen body. And if I was making the kind of money Ryan did for this movie, I'd make sure I was ripped if it was the last thing I do!

Jason Momoa Conan Workout
A modern day Conan the Barbarian Workout
A well rounded strength training routine, designed to build that lean muscle. It consist of those “meat and potatoes” type lifts. Romanian deadlifts, pulldowns, and bent-over rows are just the beginning of this workout routine.
Conan the Barbarian is an upcoming 3-D sword and sorcery filmcreated by Robert E. Howard. It is a new adaptation, separate from the earlier 1980s Arnold Schwarzenegger films. The film is set to star Jason Momoa in the lead role, being supported by Rose McGowan, Stephen Lang, Ron Perlman, Bob Sapp and Rachel Nichols, with Marcus Nispel directing. Filming began on March 15, 2010 and concluded on June 5, 2010. The film will be released on August 19, 2011.
After his father is murdered and village destroyed, Conan ventures into an unforgiving world where he survives as a thief, pirate, and warrior. On his path of wanton adventure and women, Conan chances upon the warlord responsible for his tribe’s destruction. As he tracks Khalar Zym, Conan battles monsters, Zym’s henchmen, and Marique, a powerful witch.
What you will notice is the difference in body type from Arnold Schwarzenegger to Jason Momoa. Not many people are, or will ever be, as large and in charge as Arnold. However, Jason has a solid physique in this 2011 remake.
